Alterations
Under
most leases you are not permitted to carry out any improvements or
alterations to your property without the consent of the building owner.
Any proposal in this respect should be made in writing to us. This
includes the replacement of any window frames to your premises. It is
important to ensure that any proposed alteration or improvement will not
be detrimental to the building or our client’s interest. In most cases
it is normally a requirement that building regulation and any planning
permission is sought in this respect. Please contact us for advice.
Please
note failure to obtain the appropriate approval and documentation could
prejudice any future sale of your property.

endeavour to resolve matters amicably we are unable to investigate such

matters remain unresolved.
