and Maintenance In
most cases where we collect a service charge payment from each tenant or
resident, we will normally be responsible on behalf of the client or
building owner for the main structure and areas which are deemed
communal under a lease or transfer.This can however vary depending upon the
contract terms. The
service charge is paid in accordance with the terms of your lease or
transfer agreement. Where
in, you have contracted to pay certain charges which are attributable to
the maintenance and upkeep of the property. It is common for the charge
to cover contract maintenance and other costs in respect of running a
