We are instructed by clients to give professional advice on
both commercial and residential development schemes.
We
assist with lease structuring to enable effective management
for particular sites. We are also able to provide reports and
expenditure analysis on buildings and potential developments
sites that may require professional management on completion.

Conditions/Dilapidations, Homebuyers and Structural Surveys,
Boundary Disputes, Defect Analysis and Specifications for
